THE END OF THE WORLD
As till now all the
forecasts made by the Prophecy of the Popes were fulfilled, also the
final phrase of the Prophecy acquire a new light and would indicate
that the end of the world is quite
imminent. But how much imminent? And how would it happen?
Now we'll see the answer to these questions using this Prophecy, but
after this - with extremely interesting results - we'll broaden our
horizon to other prophecies contained in famous (and not or less
famous) apparitions by Our Lady for a checking, a comparison and,
expecially, to know more about "when" and "how".
I remember you that the final phrase of
the Prophecy of the Popes is the following: "In the final
persecution of the Holy Roman Church there will reign Petrus Romanus,
who will feed his flock amid many tribulations; after which the
seven-hilled city will be destroyed and the dreadful Judge will judge
the people".
Many people thinked that this phrase
referred to a 112th Pope, even if the phrases describing the Popes are
111. Indeed, the Prophecy doesn't number the Popes and doesn't mention
at all a 112th Pope. The various descripting sentences are listed one
below the other, and below the last sentence, De gloriae olivae,
there is the just here cited phrase about the Petrus Romanus. In the most ancient
document in which the phrase on the Petrus Romanus is reported, it
appears so close to the sentence of De
gloria olivae that they are probably the description
of the same Pope. The illusion of
the existence of a 112th Pope would be, in other words, a tragical trap
in which felt almost all the people who interpreted the Prophecy in the
past.
But it is mainly what emerges from the
singular "coincidences" described in the homonymous section of this
website, and from some recent facts reported by the chronicles (see,
for them, the Last News section), to make us think that De Gloria Olivae and the Petrus Romanus are the same person,
i.e. the same Pope. Let see why.
First of all, we have to reflect on what Peter (indeed, "Petrus" is
Peter in Latin) means for the Church: he was the first "Pope" after Jesus came, like De gloria olivae is the first Pope
after that sort of "reincarnated Jesus"
represented by Joannes Paulus II (let think to the attempt and to the
various "coincidences"...). Like there is a very large distance in
"greatness" between Peter I (i.e. Petrus I) and Jesus, similarly
there is a very large distance between Pope Ratzinger and Pope Wojtyla.
In other words, Peter I (Petrus I):
Jesus = Pope Ratzinger : Pope Wojtyla "the great". So, it's quite natural conclude
that De
gloria olivae, i.e. Pope
Ratzinger would be the “Peter II” (or Petrus II) cited in the final
phrase of the Prophecy, or, equivalently, the Pope "closing the
circle", i.e. the last Pope in the History.
Therefore, an important question is the
following: can Pope Wojtyla be considered a sort of "New Jesus" came on
the Earth? (Please, note that I use these expressions quite strong only
because I want to be more clear). Each of us remebering the Tv non-stop
resuming the main events of Wojtyla's extraordinary pontificate was
surely impressed by this man and by his impact on the people also in
the final days of his life. However, even apart from this kind of
consideration and from personal emotions (not too objective) and from
any kind of "miracles" (who decided not to consider) it seems
that the Sky amused itself giving us
many "signs" indicating, expecially if considered as a whole,
how Joannes Paulus II was a very "special" Pope.
We have already described those "signs", and we stress the following: (1) the coincidence of date (May 13)
and hour between the attempt to Wojtyla and the first apparition of Our
Lady of Fatima, for not to mention all the other little and great
"circumstances" linking Pope Joannes Paulus II to the story or to the
people of Fatima; (2) the fact
that Wojtyla's pontificate was the longest after that of Peter and of
the great Pio XI, born on May 13; (3)
the fact that the hour of Wojtyla's
death consists of the only two numbers which multiplied each other give
the number meaning the "perfection" in numerology; (4) the fact that a phenomenon
regarding the Sun join the death of Jesus, tha apparition of Fatima and
both the arrive and the good-bye of Wojtyla on this planet. In those
sense, the "coincidences" are like the pieces of a puzzle that only in
those last years we can "see".
But there is an other very important reason for which, independently
from the reflections made here, we can say that Benedict XVI is the
last Pope in the History, or, equivalently, that De gloria
olivae and the Petrus romanus
are the same Pope. We'll see this reason in the following lines,
interpreting some recent events.

ARE WE CLOSE TO THE END
OF THE WORLD?
The answer to this question seems to be largely contained in the
Prophecy of the Popes: "In
the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church there will reign Petrus
Romanus, who will feed his flock amid many tribulations; after which
the seven-hilled city will be destroyed and the dreadful Judge will
judge the people".
"The
final persecution of the Holy Roman Church" and the "tribulations"
could be those unfold by the words of Benedict XVI on Mohammed in his lectio magistralis
held at the University of Ratisbona, Germany, on September 12, 2006,
and considered an heavy offense to the Islamic world. In the days
followed to this talk, indeed, succedeed many facts resembling the
persecutions against the Christians made two thousands of years ago: a
Christian church was burned at Tulkarem (Palestine); the Italian sister
Leonella was killed in Mogadiscio (Somalia); in Indonesia three
Christians, accused of the massacre of 200 Muslims in interreligious
fightings, were killed, but their execution occurred after a trial
characterized by heavy irregularities, like testimoniances not listened
and proves not accepted.
Moreover, always after that talk held by Pope Ratzinger, very serious
minaces against the Pope himself and the Vatican came from terroristic
groups, and these minaces might become reality in the future. On
September 15, 2006, the armed group Jaiech
al-Moudjahidine, an Iraqi cell of Al
Qaeda, with a press release apperaed on the Web, minaced to attack Rome and the Vatican
due to the words pronounced by Benedict XVI on Islam and the Holy War. "We swear to destroy the Crosses in the
heart of Rome - the terrorists wrote - We will not have peace
till your thrones and your crosses will be destroyed". "We will appear
again with fact, not with words" the press release continued. Other
minaces: "Let know that the soldierds
of Mohammed will come, soon or later, to shake your throne from the
foundations of
your State" could be read in a message by the armed Iraqi group Asaeb
al Iraq al
Jihadiya (League of the jihadists in Iraq) sent to the Pope.
The
here reported minaces regard the Pope ad the Vatican as physical place.
Hence, the "beginning of the end" perhaps might be a serious attempt
provocating the death of the Pope and/or the physical destruction of a
part or of the entire Vatican. However, in the Prophecy of the
Popes it is not clear whether Rome,
the "seven-hilled city", will be destroyed by the man or by God.
In the first case, we should expect like "sign" of the beginning of the
end an attempt against the Pope and/or the physical Vatican
Headquarter, while in the second case it is not clear which premonitory
"sign" to expect, apart from the
final persecution and the tribulations which seem begun with the
unlucky speech of Pope Ratzinger in Germany, but that we don't know how
long will last... However, are quite worrying the words
pronounced by Pope Benedict XVI before his journey in Germany
(September 2006), when he said: "It's probably the last journey that I
can do in my Country. [..] I'm old and I don't know how much time the
Lord will give to me".

END OF THE WORLD: "WHEN"
AND "HOW"?
This is, obviously, the question and the topic most interesting of this
website, both to our thesis that Ratzinger would be the last Pope in
the History. But this last is a thesis (with many strong indications
showing it should be true against any indication in the opposite
direction!), while the "when"
and "how" of the end of the
world, something only touched in the Prophecy of the Popes, are, as a
matter of fact, more directly mentioned in some other prophecies made by Our Lady during
apparitions occurred in the XXI Century.
As a matter of fact, today that the Prophecy of the Popes is terribly
actual, and that each of us wants to know more about the "when" and
"how", make checkings, and so one, the most useful thing is reading the
prophecies made by Our Lady in her various apparitions occured in the
last two centuries. Luckly, even if these apparitions were very
numerous, only in a few of them there are interesting prophecies
regarding the "when" and "how": all the other apparitions doesn't have
at all or are redundant, i.e. they don't give new information. We emphasize in detail the information
emerging from these apparitions about the "when" and "how",
respectively, in the section about the apparitions of Medjugorje-Garabandal
and in the section The other Apparitions,
that we advice to read after the page Fatima,
about the homonymous apparitions and the famous Third Secret.
But here we want resume in a very few
words two important results on the "when" and "how" emerging
from this investigation, and representing the better introduction to
these two sections:
- WHEN. Our Lady,
in one of her apparitions at Medjugorje, said that "When the apparitions cease at Medjugorje,
they will cease at all other Marian apparition sites. When this occurs,
the events describred in the secrets [..] will begin unfold".
Luckly, the Virgin continues to appear at Medjugorje on the day 25 of
every month
(check here
if She appeared also in the last month leaving, as usually, a message

- HOW. Combining
the various prophecies by Our Lady, we find a clear and coherent vision
about the "how": there will be (1) a GREAT CATACLISM-WARNING/S (first
punition originating on Earth: terrible war + "minor warnings"
including natural catastrophes), followed by (2) a GREAT MIRACLE-SIGN
(mainly, a big Crux in the sky), followed by (3) a PUNISHMENT (the
second, this time from the sky, given through a celestial body). For

THE DEVIL'S ADVOCATE...
Here you'll find the
classical objection by a skeptical person......
1) Why should I worry for the
Prophecy of the Popes? It's only prophecy...
The St. Malachy's Prophecy is extremely worrying due to its perfect
concordance with the historical reality and due to the final phrase.
Moreover, it is in concordance with some other famous catastrophic
prophecies regarding the end of the world. These other prophecies are
not so clearly true as the Prophecy of the Popes by St. Malachy is,
which in this sense is absolutely unique. But it's impressive to note
how this new "pieces" perfectly combine with the others confirming, in
some way, the Prophecy of the Popes. The fact we take into account all
these prophecies as realistic is not strange at all, because all the
Christians know that Jesus speaks through the prophets, as the famous
prayer "Nicene Creed" says: «...With
the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken
through the Prophets. We believe in the holy catholic and apostolic
Church...».
2) Can you give an example of these
prophecies in "perfect concordance" with the Prophecy of the Popes?
According the famous Prophecy "of the
three Popes" of Garabandal,
Pope Wojtyla corresponds to the last Pope before the "END OF THE
TIMES". Indeed, on December 20, 1962, Our Lady revealed to the Spanish
little girl Conchita Gonzales, during one of her many apparitions, a
"secret" that the girl told the mother on June 3, 1963, when Pope
Joannes XXIII died. Conchita said clearly to her mother: «Now only three Popes remain». «But how do you know it?», asked her the mother. «Our Lady said it
to me». «Then is the end of the world going
to come?». «Our Lady didn't speak of "end of the
world", but of "END OF THE TIMES"». «And
which is the difference?». «I
don't know. She said that after this Pope will remain other three, then
the "END OF THE TIMES" will arrive. So, accordind to such prophecy,
after Pope Wojtyla should come the "END OF THE TIMES": therefore, we
can conclude that this tragic phase of the History, forecasted also by Joannes in the Apocalypse, will start
during the apostolate of the Pope following the "three", i.e. Benedict
XVI or Pope Ratzinger, in perfect concordance with St. Malachy's
Prophecy.
3) What does make credible
this last prophetic announce?
Our Lady spoke about this topic
during an ecstasy of Conchita. The words of Our Lady were the answer to
a question posed by the girl, saying this:
«Mercedes (the writer Mercedes Salisachn),that according the
St. Malachy Prophecy, remain only two Popes». So, the prophetic
announce came in reply to a clearly wrong interpretation of the St.
Malachy's Prophecy, and was always confirmed by Conchita als in a
written form. So, it 's not reasonable that this message could be the
fruit of a delirium or a fraud. Hence, at Garabandal, since 1963,
we were warned that we are arriving to decisive hours, perhaps
the last that the clock of the History will have... And, as we'll see
in the next sections, the details provided by Our Lady during her many
apparitions all over the world are very interesting in such sense.
