THE COINCIDENCES

Here we make a list, ordered by time, of the many and - globally - incredible "coincidences" relevant for our thesis that Benedict XVI would be the last Pope of the History, in concordance with the Prophecy of the Popes by St. Malachy. Many of them were well known to the experts, but in the last 24 months some new coincidences emerged, and many of them passed unnoticed also to the most careful observers, putting in a new light those already known. The importance of such coincidences  for the correct interpretation of the Prophecy of the Popes will be clear later, in the section dedicated to the Prophecy itself.

Here are the coincidences, in our well documented list:

1)
MAJOR COINCIDENCE (2 "very strong" coincidences)

All people know the incredible coincidence among month, day and hour of the attempt against Pope Wojtyla (May 13, 1981, hour: 17) and the famous apparition (the first of six) of Our Lady of Fatima to three little shepherds (May 13, 1917, at 17): two of them will die a few months later; the third, Lucy, will become a sister with the name of sister Lucy. The attempt to the Pope was apparently predicted by the Third Secret of Fatima, that in 1981 was known only by Pope Wojtyla (he, indeed, considered himself miracled by Our Lady because the projectile skimmed all the vital organs without killing him). As this incredible coincidence among month, day and hour would be not enough, the escape of the Turkish attempter Alì Agcà - as reported by the chronicles of the time and told by Agcà himself - was stopped by a sister that catched him by the arm, giving a policeman the opportunity of capturing the attempter: that sister named sister Lucy.

2) MAJOR COINCIDENCE (2 "strong" coincidences)

On February 13, 2005, at 17, died the 97 years old sister Lucy. Again, a singular coincidence of day (13) and hour (17) with the first apparition of Our Lady of Fatima (May 13, 1917, at 17) and the attempt to Pope Wojtyla (May 13, 1981, at 17), apparently predicted by the Third Secret of Fatima; moreover, there is a coincidence of the year with the death of Wojtyla himself and the death of sister Lucy. Saying good-bye to Italian Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, sent by Pope Wojtyla in 2000 for posing her some questions about the Third Secret of Fatima, sister Lucy said (as Bertone himself told): "No, you won't see me again still living. You'll come to give me your blessing". And, indeed, he saw her again when he went to celebrate her funeral.

3) MAJOR COINCIDENCE
(2 "very strong" + 2 "week" coincidences)

Pope Wojtyla was born on May 18, 1920, and in the same day there was a Solar eclipse (one of the two of that year). On April 8, 2005, the day of his funeral, there was a Solar eclipse (again, one of the two of that year). Considering the rarity of the Solar eclipses (about 2-3 for year), the fact that the birth and the solemn "good-bye" of this Pope, seen in Tv by billions of people all over the world, both clashed with a Solar eclipse is to be regarded as a very rare circumstance, like you can mathematically calculate: so, very probably, Pope Wojtyla is the only Pope in the History with such a coincidence.

So, it's very clear - and important, as we'll see - the link and the perfect concordance with the descriptive phrase provided for this Pope by the Prophecy of the Popes (De labore solis, "Of the labour of the Sun). Moreover, it's clear the nth link (the Sun, this time) between Wojtyla and sister Lucy. Indeed, in the 6th apparition of Our Lady of Fatima, the October 13, 1917 (13 is also the day of the attempt to Wojtyla and of the first apparition), occurs the famous miracle of the "dancing Sun" (there weren't eclipses in those days), seen by a very large number of people converged in that place: the Sun move, approaches to the Earth and dries the people drenched by the rain.

4) MAJOR COINCIDENCE (2 "middle-strong" coincidences)

Also the day and the hour at which Pope Wojtyla died are not "any" (first Saturday of April, at 21:37). Indeed, following a request made by Our Lady of Fatima, it exists the "First Five Saturdays (of the month) Devotion", and so there are, at the same time, a curiose coincidence in the day of the month and the nth link with Fatima. Moreover, the number 777, corresponding in numerology to "perfection" (representing the Trinity), is exactly given by 21 x 37, the two numbers forming the official time at which Wojtyla died (let try to obtain 777 with an other time). This singular coincidence regarding the time of his death, was firstly noticed by Ennio Peres, a notable Italian expert of numbers writing on popular magazines.

5) MAJOR COINCIDENCE (2 "middle-strong" coincidences)

I was asking myself why exactly the date of May 13 would join Pope Wojtyla and Fatima. So, viewing the lista of birth and death dates of all the Popes, I discovered a new singular coincidence: there is only a Pope born on May 13 (1972), and he is Pio IX. Pio IX is not a common Pope, but it is the most "close" to Wojtyla, bacause (not considering Peter) Wojtyla is the Pope which reigned for the longest period after Pio IX (also Pio IX was a very great Pope, indeed he was declared beatus by Wojtyla himself). Wojtyla the Great perhaps was the most "unique" Pope in the History, or at least the second one, due to the attempt, to the lenght of his reign, of a lot of "first times", of his charism, of his miracles, and so on. And the lenght of his reign was less not to that of a "common" Pope, but of one considered very great, declared beatus by Wojtyla himself and born, curiously, exactly on May 13.

6) OTHER: A CURIOUS "SIGN"

Moreover, it's interestng to note the existence of a "sign" which seems to link the death of Wojtyla to thao of Jesus. As The Vangels by Luke, Matthew and Mark tell, at the death of Jesus the Sun eclipsed itself and «It became dark all over the Earth» till the 3 p.m. (Matthew talk also of an earthquake). But the astronomical calculations doesn't show any Sun eclipses in the year Jesus died. On the other hand, the death happened the day before the Full Moon, that of the Jewish Easter, so the Moon was in that moment on the opposite side of the Earth with respect to the Sun. So, the fact that the Sun obscured at the death of Jesus is to be considered not a normal astronomical phenomenon, but an extraordinary fact, like the "dance of the Sun" seen at Fatima by the shepherds and the people there present.

Obviously, in the case of Joannes Paulus II, the solar eclipses represent an extraordinary event not because they are a natural phenomenon, being due to a natural astronomical circumstance, but because a quite rare natural phenomenon was associated to two of the most relevant dates in the life of that Pope. Both in the cases of the death of Jesus and the apparition of Fatima, the obscuring of the Sun is associated to a very important event, and so clearly represents a "sign"; for this reason is not strange that an eclipse, a natural obscuring of the Sun, was associated for two times - the day of the arrive and that of the good-bye - to a Pope "unique": a Pope (perhaps the only) whose life, expecially for the serious attempt undergone, but not only for that, resembles the life of a "New Jesus"

THE DEVIL'S ADVOCATE...

Here you'll find the classical objection by a skeptical person...

1) If you analyze enough in detail the life of a person, or of more than one person, you can always find some curiouse coincidence...

The coincidences we described here are not the result of "strange" researches on "dark" aspects of the life, but, on the contrary, almost always regard the principal data of the people involved, i.e. those data reported by an encyclopedia dedicating some lines to them, like: date of birthm date of death, death and hour of the attempt, etc. This is what makes these coincidences incredible from a statistical point of view. Moreover, if the single coincidences could appear casual, their sum is not at all: like pieces of a little puzzle, seen globally these coincidences acquire a well clear meaning, as we'll see. And this, of course, for not mention a series of other facts and circumstances regarding the same personages and that combine perfectly in the puzzle...

2)
Which those facts and circumstances are?

Thge listed coincidences are all facts that each of us can easily verify one after one with some researches on the Web,not leaving doubts. Indeed, I have deliberately not mentioned (with the only exception of the "dancing Sun miracle") all the miracles  or all the things that I couldn't or that it's not possible to demonstrate and verified with certainty I would say... scientific.

So, I haven't said, just for example, that:

  • An other well known link between Pope Wojtyla and Fatima is the following. After the attempt, Wojtyla asked for collocating the projectile in the crown of the Our Lady statue. But it was not necessary making the hole, because in the crown there was already an hole in which the projectile entered perfectly.

  • In the August 1988, the professor Francesco Crucitti (who extracted the projectile to Pope Wojtyla) was dying and entered in an itrreversible state of coma; then, an his friend  went to Rome to ask Wojtyla praying for him. Well, as we know from the chronicles of the time, suddendly and incomprehensibly Crucitti woke up from the coma for three days - talking the last time with his wife and sons - before he died, on August 26.
  • The main personages here cited were protagonists of many miracles. For example, Maria Emilia Santos, for 22 years paralyzed by a bone tuberculosis, recovered on February 20, 1989, after she invoked the two little shepherds of Fatima, and for this reason they were beatified. May are the miracles made by Pope Wojtyla. Only one as example: in 1990, during a journay in Mexico, the Pontiff kissed in the crowd a 4 years old child affected by a without hope leucemy, but, incredibly, he recovered.
